Note: Health Business Navigators is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Although most positions would require that candidates work in the corporate office, there are some positions that may be conducive to a candidate's home office. Compensation varies depending on candidate's experience and position responsibilities.
Supervisor/Manager Credentialing Application Management Requires 6+ years of credentialing experience involving the processing of both primary source verification and payer contracting credentialing. Detailed knowledge of and experience with physician office credentialing submisssions to payers essential. Understanding of AMA, Board and NPDB queries, as well as URAC, NCQA, JCAHO, AAAHC and other accrediting organizations' guidelines very helpful. BA or BS strongly preferred. Based in Bowling Green, KY.
**Account Manager Requires 5 years experience in physician practice management AND/OR network development experience on the payer side of the industry. An understanding of billing and coding is essential. Must be a self-starter with plenty of drive, analytical thinking, confidence, and strong desire to make a difference in clients’ bottom lines. Requires significant use of MS Access, Excel and Word. Bachelors Degree strongly preferred. Account Manager positions available in numerous markets.
Executive Assistant/Field Support Manager Requires 3+ years experience in a role that has required multi-tasking, strong writing & phone skills, office management functions, extensive use of MS Office software and pleasant character. Among responsibilities: Answer and redirect phone calls, post AR, coordinate conferences & exhibits, file electronically and some hardcopy, coordinate variety of office functions, assist departments with getting their projects completed. Reports to company president and also supports clients and field and corporate office staff and projects.
Credentialing Navigation Specialist Prefer 3+ years of direct experience in processing and updating payer and/or facility credentialing applications with knowledge and previous use of CAQH and/or SyMed One App. Will train candidates with strong attention to detail, writing, communication and computer skills. BA or BS Degree preferred.
Payer Contracts Navigation Specialist Prefer 3+ years of involvement with direct provider/payer contract negotiations OR 3+ years medical practice business office or billing experience, or insurance company/network experience related to payer-physician contracts; Strong computer skills and use of MS Access an/or Excel critical. Analytical thinking a must. BA or BS Degree Preferred.
