Note: Health Business Navigators is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Although most positions would require that candidates work in the corporate office, there are some positions that may be conducive to a candidate’s home office. Compensation varies depending on candidate’s experience and position responsibilities.
**Regional Director Business Development – Requires significant knowledge of and “hands on” experience with payer/provider contracting, medical practice management knowledge/experience, track record of developing and maintaining relationships with resellers of medical practice tools and/or software, and at least 7 years in the healthcare industry. BA or BS required. Several Positions Nationwide.
Supervisor/Manager Credentialing Application Management – Requires 5+ years of credentialing experience involving the processing of both primary source verification and payer contracting credentialing. Knowledge of NCQA, JCAHO, AAAHC and other accrediting organizations essential. BA or BS strongly preferred. Based in Bowling Green, KY.
**Account Manager — Requires 5 years experience in physician practice management AND/OR network development experience on the payer side of the industry. An understanding of billing and coding is essential. Must be a self-starter with plenty of drive, analytical thinking, confidence, and strong desire to make a difference in clients’ bottom lines. Bachelors Degree strongly preferred. Account Manager positions available in numerous markets, most immediately in Southeast and Northwest US and KY/TN.
Executive Assistant/Field Support Manager – Requires 3+ years experience in a role that has required multi-tasking, strong writing skills, office management functions, extensive use of MS Office software and contact manager software such as ACT, SalesForce or LeadMaster. Reports to company president but supports both field and corporate office staff and projects.
Credentialing Navigation Specialist – Requires 3+ years of direct experience in processing and updating payer and/or facility credentialing applications. Knowledge and previous use of CAQH and/or SyMed One App preferred. BA or BS Degree preferred.
Payer Contracts Navigation Specialist – Requires 3+ years of direct provider/payer contract negotiations; 5+ years medical practice business office experience related to payer contracts; or 5+ years as payer or MCO provider relations rep. Analytical thinking a must. BA or BS Degree Preferred.
** Regional Director and Account Executive positions are generally work-from-home positions for which HBN provides for home-office set up.
