You can delegate the entire project to HBN by faxing or mailing the reimbursement pages of your agreements to us and we will provide back to you a package of electronic files in Microsoft™ Excel, ready to load into your system.
You can provide HBN with all of the procedure codes that your practice uses, or will use, to bill for services and HBN will load them into a FeeCreator™ tool with formulas involving numerous years of Medicare RBRVS, percentage multipliers, and RVUs so that you can easily create your own schedules, ready to load to your practice management system.
Costs
The costs of these options can depend on the number and types of contracts and/or procedures... an exact quote is FREE. For full delegation, HBN would typically charge well under $1000 to get all of your contracts converted to electronic files. For the loaded tool, typically HBN would charge $200-$300.
